Hello I had an endometrial biopsy, the results are complex hyperplasia and simple hyperplasia. I go to talk to my DR on the 1st of Feb. When I had my plevic ultrasound the endometrial stripe measured 23.5 mm. I was just wondering with it being 23.5 , what the treatments are? I also have uterine fibroids. Thanks

-------------------------
I had an MRI done, it showed fluid in the subacromial bursa. It also stated that there's a slight decrease in subacromial space at 7 mm on the sagittal views and there's a slight downsloping on the coronal views with subacromial space decreased at 6 mm. This raises the possibility of impingement. What treat should I expect? I have alot of pain at night. I'm waiting on a referral for orthopedics.

Hello, Just looking for some answers, I guess not really for sure. I had a pelvic ultra sound, I received the report today it states there is a 3.8 X2.3 fibroid in the anterior uterine body and the endometrial stripe is thickened measuring 23.5mm. The ovaries are normal. In part of the report it states diagnostic condisderations include endometrial hyperplasia and carcinoma. I spoke the DR.s nurse and she said I need to see and OBGYN downtown for them to look at my report. I go to a military DR. But I'm wondering if anyone knows what I might be in store for. Thanks Donna
