Hi,I had to have a myomectomy to remove many, many fibroids. Too many to count. The doctor removed all the larger ones and as many of the smaller ones that she could. We had to wait several months to try to concieve. We didn't have luck right away. We tried artificial insemination without luck. She went back in two more times (laporscopically). Finally, a year after the initial myomectomy, we got pregnant. I think if I didn't have so many fibriods, we might have been able to concieve sooner. Regardless, I want you to know that it is possible. We have two wonderful little boys now. The second pregnancy was spontaneous. No surgery or fertility drugs necessary. Do what you have to do with the surgeries and wait the healing time out. It can happen for you as well.
