For Fibroids the only thing that I know of is that there is an alternative medicine that can help ease pain, and can also relieve any stressful symptoms due to fibroids. Castor Oil Benefits For Fibroids is a solution since it reduces any pain.

It is possible to live a busy life in the modern urban environment if you have the right outlook on life. Practising techniques such as mindfulness are excellent. Meditation also helps. I found this site on fibroid pain tobe excellent. It has a link to a good e-book on natural ways to shrink fibroids. It covers diet and stress.

According to this press release, fibroids can be treated wtih a stress-free lifestyle, proper nutrition, and moderate exercise. Which is all well and good, but I'd love to know their suggestions for living a stress-free lifestyle. Maybe the book includes advice on how to win the lottery and retire in the caribbean.

How do you guys avoid stress?
